1:1 ONLINE COACHING
This is for you if you want tailored training to meet your goals, a nutrition plan orchestrated around the foods you enjoy, regular check-ins and accountability, and finally an education along the journey so you have a greater understanding of how to reach your goals and keep them sustainable.
Face to face coaching and group coaching
I have hosted group sessions where I work with a range of players from amateur to professional players to help get them in shape starting from ages 7 upwards. I have held sessions at clubs ranging from youth to semi-pro adults.
I also host 121 sessions where I check in with clients to assess the level you are at and fine tune your sessions.

Workouts
All your workouts are in one, easy to access section, no more hunting around on social media to find what you need. Don’t worry if you aren't sure about how to complete a certain exercise as these will include video tutorials.

Calendar
If you find juggling workouts and your busy schedule a bit difficult sometimes, then this calendar will organise you. All your workouts, check ins, activities and events will be scheduled for you by me.

Messaging
With a plethora of social media channels, keeping in touch with anyone can be hard - but this integrated chat function means you can speak to me directly through my App. You know where I am whenever you need me.

Goals
It’s important to stay on top of how you are progressing, so my App lets you easily view and track your goals in one place. From your weight, your measurements and to how you’re hitting your daily nutrition targets, this will show you just what a great job you are doing.

INTEGRATION
My app integrates with Fitbit, Withings, Apple Health/Watch and MyFitnessPal, enabling you to sync your health and nutrition data seamlessly and keep on top of your goals.

For years, I battled with my weight. I started training for a marathon in 2019 and couldn’t understand why running 30-40 miles per week wasn’t changing my physical appearance. I decided it was time to make a real effort, so I got in touch with Ben.

In 2015, I started working alongside Ben. My goal was to improve my muscle mass, which would enhance my physical profile.
Ben drew up a program for me to work off to aid my power, speed and strength on the football pitch. Ben worked really close with me, giving me plenty of knowledge from techniques when lifting weights, recovery after sessions, nutrition and a balanced schedule.
I worked with Ben during the 2015/16 season, and this turned out to be my most successful season!

MY STORY
I’ve been a coach and training people for 11 years, during which time I’ve helped over 1000s of people transform their bodies. I have a wealth of experience and have worked with everyone, ranging from professional athletes to amputees, to just your average person who wants to look and feel better.
Their goals have varied vastly, from wanting to be faster, stronger, leaner, lose weight, reduce injuries, climb a mountain, jump higher, or just perform better at their sport.
When I coach you, I look at everything to do with your lifestyle. We start with how to help you transform your body around your current schedule, then we look at nutrition, work life, recovery, and how we can make you the best version of yourself whilst sustaining it long term.
Most importantly we do all this in a way that allows you to enjoy life and still have the foods and drinks you love.
